Return Policy

We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

To start a return, you can contact us at If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Exceptions / non-returnable items
Certain types of items cannot be returned, like perishable goods (such as food, flowers, or plants), custom products (such as special orders or personalized items), and personal care goods (such as beauty products). We also do not accept returns for hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases. Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.

The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.


Refund Policy

We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.

Shipping Policy

Shippings happens Monday to Friday. All orders submitted before 12:00am get shipped the same day. All orders submitted after 12:00am get shipped the following day.

We ship through Swiss Post services.

Swiss post also handles the data in order to correctly fulfil each order.

Your order will be delivered within a period not exceeding 7 working days if the delivery address is complete and located in Switzerland and 15 working days in EU.


You're responsible, when filling the checkout form, for the quality and accuracy of the information you provide. Please ensure your delivery address is complete, contact information are up to date, correctly spelled and punctuated at the time of submission.

After an order is place and processed through Swiss Post, you'll receive an email containing tracking information for your shipment. This email is considered as an order confirmation. The delivery times indicated in this policy starts at order confirmation time.

Delivery happens directly to the delivery address and to the contact person communicated by the buyer.
Delivery takes place on condition that we ourselves have been supplied in a timely and proper manner by our suppliers. In the event of force majeure, such as strikes and other industrial action, riots, war, natural disasters as well as in the event of a stoppage of deliveries by the manufacturer or an upstream supplier, there shall be no delay in delivery. The Seller does not assume any liability for delays in delivery caused by manufacturers or third parties.

If the ordered goods are not all in stock, we are entitled to make partial deliveries. If after conclusion of the contract it turns out that the goods cannot be delivered, either partially or completely, for reasons not attributable to the seller, the customer is entitled to withdraw from the contract.

Delivery Costs

All prices are net prices in Swiss francs (CHF), including VAT and, where applicable, advance recycling costs and copyright. 

No claims for a later price adjustment or credit note can be taken into consideration. There might be also local, regional and national promotions, discounts and rebates on items and services in stationary trade that cannot be offered identically online.
